Frequently Asked Question

Sometimes old events will show notifications in Outlook even though you have dismissed them. This occurs when you or someone else re-downloads the events from the server, via the Server tab's "Reset from Server" button. These notifications are harmless, just dismiss them and they should not re-appear unless you click the "Reset from Server" button again.
